Price Match Guarantee:
Price match guarantee are not available on all moped scooter models.
We guarantee to match any competitor's advertised price plus 10% of the difference for any of our atvs, dirt bikes, go karts, scooters, mopeds and accessories.
Once we have verified that the condition below have been met, we don't stop at simply matching the price. We will then subtract an additional 10% of the difference in price. For example: Our price = $2,500. Competitor's price = $2100. Match price of $2,100 - ($400 x .10) = $2,060.
When submitting your Price Match Guarantee, please keep in mind -
- We will compare prices for new, direct from manufacture items, excluding any add-ons, options, or other special feature which may affect price.
- The item must be new and must be the exact same make and model (same size, color, etc.)
- Since our products are a direct from manufacture shipment and our pricing is a "no additional fee" price structure, the comparison price must be a "delivered cost" to the consumer.
- The price you have found must be from an Authorized Internet Retailer for the same manufacturer. Price found on internet auctions or other auctions, from unauthorized internet sellers, unlicensed dealers, or other unverifiable sources will not be considered for our Price Match Guarantee.
- If we are unable to verify the previous condition, we will notify you that we require additional information to verify your Price Match Guarantee request. Our goal is to make this policy simple and hassle-free. We are committed to responding to your requests quickly.
- The price you have found must be the Internet Retailer's regular, advertised price for a current and available item.
- The price you found cannot be a special, closeout, discontinued, blemished, year-end, inventory reduction, or any other type of advertised sale price, or a price offset by coupons, rebates or other dealer incentives or one-time price reductions.
- Price Match Guarantee requests may not be combined with any other coupons, promotional discounts, specials or other price incentives offered by MxMotorsports.us.
- Prices and price sources you have found which do not meet the above criteria or in which incomplete or inaccurate information is provided to us, will not be approved for our Price Match Guarantee.
