Your tracking number and the trucking company's information will be emailed

We include shipping insurance on all products to protect your investment
against any lost or damaged shipments. In the event your product was lost or
damaged during transit, we will send you a brand new replacement immediately at

We do ship to Canada ONLY for certain Products (Off road products). However prices may very due to higher shipping expenses.

Shipping Orders:
Items that are available for immediate delivery will "Usually ship within 24 to 72 hours". These items are usually shipped the next business day after your order is placed if we receive the order by 11:00am Pacific Standard Time, also are subject to a successful payment delivery. If the order is received after 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time, your order will usually be shipped within 48 hrs. Remember that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and no packages will be shipped on these days. There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. Items that are not available for immediate delivery will state they are "temporarily out of stock". We may be expecting a normal shipment from the manufacturer or the item may be on back-order from the manufacturer. Usually we are restocked in a matter of days but on occasion an item can take weeks to be restocked. You can always contact us to find the current status of a certain item you wish to purchase.Please note that due to the high demand for scooters they are taking longer to send out orders some products have a waiting list and you will see the information on each products that is order! it will be listed how much time it will take to be sent!
LOST or SHIPPING DAMAGES:
MxMotorsports safely packs and crates all items
to assure your items to arrive free of shipping damages. However in the event
you find your product lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our
trained and friendly customer service representatives to file a lost or shipping
damage claim. To guarantee eligibility for any lost or shipping damage cost
reimbursements, shipping insurance is included with all purchases at our expensive at the time of initial
order. Please be
sure to inspect your package when it arrives. Any damages must be noted on the
delivery receipt to be eligible for damage claim reimbursement. MxMotorsports
will not be liable for any damages not noted on delivery receipt. Damage claim
must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
****Please save all
original packaging material in case the shipping company exercise their right
for inspection. Trained and friendly customer service representatives are on
staff to assist and resolve any shipping claims.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. And, the shipping and handling cost to you is Non-Refundable! Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
